Lovely flavour
I’m not a grapefruit fan but got these for my husband who is. I’ve tried them a number of times now and the flavour is actually really lovely and refreshing

- Supports normal muscle and nerve function with magnesium and potassium.
- Contributes to maintaining electrolyte balance for daily wellbeing.
Blended with sodium, magnesium, and potassium at carefully balanced levels, Recharge Electrolytes - Grapefruit is designed to help you support your body’s natural energy. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, while both magnesium and potassium support normal muscle and nerve function. Whether you’re training, working, or simply on the move, this mix helps replenish essential minerals lost through exercise and daily activity.
Enjoy the bright, tangy grapefruit flavour in your water or favourite drink. For a refreshing twist, try it with sparkling water and a squeeze of fresh grapefruit juice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary or mint for a vibrant, uplifting finish. This lively flavour makes a delicious, healthy alternative to classic cocktails.
Why LMNT is Healf
LMNT was founded by Robb Wolf to meet a critical need for a clean, high-sodium, zero-sugar electrolyte drink. After years on a low-carb diet, Robb realised that his performance was lacking due to insufficient salt intake. Popular products were filled with sugar and low on electrolytes, so he created his own formulation. LMNT was born from this journey, offering an effective product that has since helped thousands optimise their health by addressing the often overlooked importance of proper electrolyte balance.
While these zero-sugar sachets are a cleaner choice than most regular electrolytes, their natural flavourings do contain maltodextrin. As part of our Community Testing, we used glucose monitors to determine whether LMNT doses can be considered ketogenic-friendly — and we’re happy to confirm they can. With their 'more salt, not less' approach, they are a top choice for fuelling your body with the minerals it needs to function best.
With our Healf Curation Process, we do the work for you. Shop with confidence knowing that every item has been tried, tested, and curated for you.
