Good quality and strength
I trust the brand and in an effort to increase my borderline low iron levels, I switched to these as an alternative to the vegan multivitamin I was previously taking. These have a high level of iron and I have found them easy enough on my digestion. They do have a bit of a strong smell but I find it doesn’t linger too long if you wash it down with something.
